My Readers Spot and the Covers of the series they keep hot!
(dedicated to my loyal readers!)
This page will contain actual pictures, reviews or writings from the readers of Black Coffee's Novels and Short Stories. Their reviews were previously added at the beginning of the next installment but the reviews were starting to command too many pages. We [my readers and I] felt it would be better to set up a page on my website to showcase them and/or their comments. And they suggested I save every page in the novel for the story they're enjoying. Well as I always do, I listened to them.
I dedicated this page to you, my loyal readers. Thanks for always being here and supporting my work.-Black Coffee, always!

I love your books, at times it seems like Ebony's life is going just like mine. Like how the parents don't care if the boys date but they care if the girls do, how her relationship is with her friends and parents, and how persistent she is when she really wants something and works hard to get it. That's why I can connect to her and why I read the books. Once I start reading one of your books I can't stop because it's so much like my life. I can't wait for more to be published.

Hello Black Coffee,

This is Valencia White. I was the young lady at Richmond Mall in Cleveland, Ohio. I have finished Book 1 and I must say I haven't been able to deeply relate to any book that I have ever read until... Being that I am from Cleveland and the book setting is in Cleveland, the events that took place really hit home for me.. It was so hard to remember that the characters were young teens because the things they went through were soo crazy.. However, this is what makes the book so real... I couldn't go a day without reading the book. I actually found myself teary eyed when Stoney died. That's how into this book I was... Thank you so much for sharing your art and I can't wait to start reading part 2. Great Job... Part 2 review coming soon....

Thank You,
Valencia White, [Cleveland, OH

Review for Time to Learn: Time will Reveal Part 1

The book that Black Coffee published, Time to Learn: Time will Reveal Part 1, was an awesome book.  This book is a page turner.  You will enjoy this book.  It is true to life and shows us the not so good part of Cleveland but will show that there are still good morals in the “ghetto”.  This book kept me interested.  It had great history about our fight for freedom.  She kept in mind about how we have come from slavery to being treated like the “white man”.   This book made me cry it kept me on the edge of my seat and I cannot wait until I read Part 2.  Ebony and Anthony is my idea of a perfect couple.  The crew showed me that friendship runs deep from families even down to the grandparents and great grandparents.  It showed that they stayed together and they had each other’s back no matter what.  Also even they got into their share of arguments they still stayed together and worked things out.  There is so many life lessons in this book that I can not name them all.  You will just have to read the book yourself.

ALL ABOUT HER CREW THING AWARD!

PATRICIA MINNIEFIELD -CARR
FROM MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN

This sister is heaven sent. She's always showing me support on Facebook. She's there to like my status updates, give me advice on what she likes or dislikes about the characters she's reading about. She's also always the first 1 to get her new order in. As it stands, she has her pre-orders in for Ajay and Time To Show and they don't even have a release date as of 4/1/12. I really appreciate Patricia and readers like her. They truly keep me on my grind and making sure that I keep this series filled with the stuff they love it for. There will be more added as we move forward. And I will have to do something special for Patricia. I'm looking forward to it.-Author Black Coffee

Dear black coffee,
First off i have to tell you, parts 1-3 of Time Will Reveal are off the chain. I love them but i cant wait til September for part 4. I really need to keep up with my faveorite couple {Ajay & Ebony}I really love their fairy tale romance & of all of the 4some men & women, I'm lookin for them to make it, the most. They really deserve it after everything they've been through so please make a way for them to stay together & have a baby. Since the lost of their 1st one. Will part 4 be available in the book stores or will I be able to get it off the website? Please let me know cause I will have it as soon as it comes out.       Sincerely a Black Coffee fan,
Patricia Carter

#1 ADULT READER OF 2012-NATASHA (NIKKI) SMALLS of SOUTH AUGUSTA, SC

My name is Natasha (Nikki) Smalls. I am so hooked on the Time to Reveal series. The love and bond that Ajay and Ebony have for one another is untouchable. I can relate to some of the issues that they have faced because I have been through similar situations in my own relationship. I read everyday because i just love to read. I can honestly say, Black Coffee, that i just can't get enough of the Time to Reveal series. No matter how many times I have read them, I will still go back and read them all over again. They get better and better with each new book. I love how everyone, for the most part, are growing and maturing with each new book. We see the trials and tribulations the crews endure and the changes they are willing to make so that they won't make the same mistakes.
Now about me. I am a firm believer of life is what you make, and only you have the power to determine if you will be a success or failure. I don't live my life for the approval of others. We all make mistakes but the question is do we learn from those mistakes. I don't let anyone get in the way of me working toward success. If you got someone in your life that is always downing you or has something negative to say when you tell them about the decisions you have made to make your life better, then you don't need that person in your life. Those people are haters not motivators. If you want to be successful, then you have to put in the hard work and effort. Talking about it and being about it are two different things. People can always say what they are gonna do, but if you don't put any actions to those words, then basically you are just blowing smoke and wasting time. I strive for greatness and I teach my kids the same. They know that if they put in the work and time then they can be anything they want to be and be successful at it. So in closing, do you and don't let anyone stop your shine or success. The sky is the limit.

Black Coffee I have mad love and respect for you and your work. You are truly amazing and thanks for letting me be a part of this group.

This Whole Book Series Is Amazing Beyond Amazing. I Read Three Books In A Week., I Was Very Suprised That Any Type Of Books Could Get Me In The Mind State To Put My Homework Aside To Read. As I'm Growing Up & Understanding More In Life , The easier it is to Relate To Some Of The Women Characters In These Books Which Is Why I Think Its Such An Easy Read For Me. I'll Continue Reading This Series Until Black Coffee Stops Publishing Them , (I Hope It Is Never Though)!
